Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions. 

1. Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering. 

2. If the product received in a damaged condition.

We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenience

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.




What are the terms of the exchange policy?

  • You can apply for an exchange for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.


  • Exchanges can only be done for the same products . It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.


  • If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number (8599949385) or email us on



The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

  • No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?

  • No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.


  • Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.


  • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept exchanges on several product categories, including but not limited to return gifts, customized item and jumbo poster. The Art Bundle may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
