• How to Use

The package includes only backdrop flex. If you don't have a backdrop stand, you can use tapes or nails to fix it on the wall. Alternatively we can provide rivets ( metal encased holes ) at corners which can be used to tie the backdrop from nails or the ceiling or tied to a curtain rod.

Warm Tips:  Backdrop will be folded and shipped so it will have crease/fold marks. To remove the creases please keep it in the sun for 15 mins and roll it and store. Stretch properly from all sides while pasting to make the creases less visible.

 Remove crease: If necessary, please iron the back surface with steam iron at low heat but not dry iron and it is best to lay a layer of cloth in the middle. The main picture of the product is to show the effect, stand, pole pocket or clips are not included. All computer screens are different in color; Subtle color difference is normal.

Including picture on the Backdrop is optional. If you wish to include baby picture then kindly email it to below e-mail id along with the order number after placing the order.

• Personalized Backdrop-To add personalization you can fill text box or write in notes. Share baby name, age or any other details to be added along with order no on what app no 7980080913  Customization may take 1 day from date of order. Preview will be shared before printing.

• We do not provide refund on any personalised or customised items.

   

• Damages and issues
  Please make an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product and contact us immediately on whatsapp at  7980080913  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is perceived to be damaged by our team, then we can immediately dispatch a new product within 1-2 working days.

  Since all our items are customised, we do not provide exchange of products.
